1. Agreement to terms
By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. Services
DI Web Studio provides website design and development, e-commerce development, brand identity design, AI and automation integrations, landing page development, and digital strategy consulting. Specific project scope, timeline and cost are agreed in a separate proposal or agreement before work begins.
3. Quotes and proposals
Figures and estimates provided through this website, including example results and performance benchmarks, are illustrative and do not constitute a guarantee of specific outcomes for any individual project. Formal pricing is confirmed in a written proposal.
4. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final, agreed-upon deliverables created specifically for their project. DI Web Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and access needed to complete a project. Delays in providing this information may affect project timelines.
6. Limitation of liability
DI Web Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Third-party services
Some deliverables may rely on third-party platforms (such as hosting providers, payment processors or CRM tools). We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
8. Domain names
Where a project includes registering a domain name on the client's behalf, the first year of domain registration is included in the project price. Renewal costs for subsequent years are the client's responsibility and are not included in DI Web Studio's pricing unless explicitly agreed otherwise. DI Web Studio is not liable for domain renewal costs, registrar price changes, or the availability of a domain name at the time of renewal.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
